  7. OK -BenefitAll exists as a program under SG & Associates, which is a pending LLC in AZ; was a DBA in OC;
    1. BenefitAll has no bank account or other registered entity info.
    2. BenefitAll serves as a pass-through, at this time, allowing donors to receive their tax docs from receiving charities.

CONSIDER – offering a proposal to Ehsan to handle his IRL art merchandising;  providing 50% gross profits (Revenue -COGS)  to charity/BenefitAll;  25-50% to Ehsan and/or   That keeps us lean but fed (my goal)  I have access to the art images (should NOT be an issue) but not sure if he’ll ‘agree’.   Would need to be a solid proposal; maybe ‘later’.   but it is a great potential income stream.   Ehsan.art 2,000 paintings;
