Calling All coordinators, volunteers, interested parties, potential sponsors, partners, etc. We will cover the day’s events, layouts, areas, preparation, needs, etc in decent detail. We will be seeking ‘master’ coordinators for the various major areas ; materials, guidance and support provided. Additionally, we want to see large numbers of folks who can be dispatched to a myriad of much needed phone, visit, email and educational, writing, media and related works.
